Refunds:

Returns are only accepted for items that are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for a full refund.

Damaged or Missing Parts: If your item is returned in a damaged condition or missing parts due to reasons not related to our error, we may not be able to accept the return.
Partial Refunds:

In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted (if applicable), depending on the condition of the returned item.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Ensure your item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all packaging intact.

Before sending any returns, please contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without an RMA may not be accepted.

Returns:
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to return your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged due to a manufacturing or printing error, we will exchange it for the same item or a replacement. Please contact us with details of the defect or damage, along with proof (such as a photo), and we’ll guide you through the exchange process. -
Items with Manufacturing or Printing Errors
If the item has a visible manufacturing flaw or printing mistake that impacts the functionality or appearance of the product (e.g., misprints, stitching issues), we will offer an exchange for a new, defect-free item.

Return Shipping:

If your return qualifies for an exchange or if the item is defective, we will provide you with a return shipping label.

If the return is due to reasons other than a defect, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Unfortunately, shipping costs are non-refundable.

If a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of its approval or rejection. If approved, your exchange or refund will be processed promptly.
Processing Times:
Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process your return after we receive the item. The time it takes for your exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on your location.
